Fresh Healthy Cafe - San Marcos

Today it was 81 degrees in San Marcos. I understand that you want to keep your guests comfortable and perhaps keeping the front door open during operating hours helps with the climate, but it also allows other visitors in. I've never been in a cafe that has had as many flies, dead in the window sills and alive buzzing in the dining area, as I have today. I felt like I might as well have been sitting outdoors. My girlfriend and I live upstairs in the apartment complex andthis wait would have felt longer if it wasn't just downstairs.

Loved the avocado toast and the salads. Friendly service. Clean restaurant. Casual dining inside or outside.

Food is delicious... If ... You don't mind waiting an hour for a panini and a juice. They definitely take their time over there. Watched a very empty place with very few employees make sandwiches as slowly as possible. found out why They gave my sandwich to someone else... Then the hairy guy scoffed when I asked for a remake. .. yes give me the opened sandwich that's now cold. Keep up the good work.
