I would categorize Saltgrass alongside Texas Roadhouse. The food is delicious, dependable, and reasonably priced, though the steaks aren't the highest quality....

The steak grilling here leaves much to be desired, and the service is equally disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time at this restaurant!
