Sky Blue Cafe - San Marcos

Call before you go only to ensure they are actually open. Lately it has been closed more than it's open. Sad really as this place is great when it is open. Very good food and pretty quick service. I'm holding out hope that this place staffing and opening hours improve, but lately that hope is dwindling fast. Quaint cafe where the owner is also the cook type place. Very clean and well maintained. It could be something special if it would only leave the doors open often enough to have people discover it.

The service is excellent and the prices are good but the food is even better!!! 5 stars for sure!!!!

Clean, friendly and delicious! Popped in this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised! Looking forward to our next trip in!
