Spring's Bistro - San Marcos

No matter how I get in, I always feel really good. All bartenders, especially Mr. Marcel, are constantly doing a fantastic job on the drinks and food is up-to-par as-well. Easy. 10/10

Wife liked the food and they deliver to your room. You have to order an app in your room and very hygienic of what I saw. No complaints and notice many catering on the 1st floor for meetings, business events, birthday parties.

The in hotel restaurant has an outstanding buffet. I had the eggs, biscuit with white gravy, hash paddy and pigged out on the sausage. So good I was full until we got home that afternoon.

We are at this for breakfast two times both were equally frustrating. The burrito with egg was the only reason I give 2 stars. And the springs breakfast with fried eggs had good eggs. That's the best I can tell you. The first day they didn't have coffee, and when requested fruit the served canned pineapple chunks. On day two they were out of pancakes. There was coffee but don't expect to like it. Service was strange. Save yourself $10 and just go to McDonald's.
