Aldo's Pizza - San Mateo

I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl when I used to live on Cary Avenue. I live in Sacramento now but every time I come to San Mateo, I have to stop by and get some pizza. Lately we’re hooked on the Mexican pizza! But my go to is always the combination sandwich yummy or literally any pizza. Mr. Aldo, thank you so much for the delicious pizza that I can always count on. Don’t ever leave Cary Avenue!!

Today was my first visit to this restaurant, and I had a wonderful conversation with the manager, Manuel, about pizza and various dishes. The staff was friendly and polite, and trying the pizza for the first time was an incredible experience! I recently moved to the area with my wife, and this spot is sure to become our go-to place for some authentic pizza served with a smile.

I've been visiting this restaurant since I was 3 months old, and 33 years later, it's still my favorite pizza place.
