Domino's Pizza - San Mateo

I really enjoy placing an order and getting a pickup time, driving to the location, only to find out that my order was canceled during my trip. I realize I ordered just 10 minutes before closing, and I chose to pay in store, but my order was still accepted. Do you close at midnight or at 11:30? I ended up wasting time and gas and I'm still hungry. But honestly, it might be for the best; I'd rather have nothing than a poorly made pizza rushed together at the last minute. I called to place an order just 10 minutes before closing, and they took my order. However, they called me back after closing to cancel it, saying they had sent their drivers home early on a Friday night, despite their stated closing time of 1 AM. They could have simply told me they were closed instead of taking my information, only to inform me that they couldn't fulfill my order five minutes later.

The pizza is priced excellently. Ordering online is a breeze, and their tracking system provides an accurate timeline of the pizza's journey from dough to finished product. There's never a wait when you order online and go to pick it up at the store.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The food was amazing, and the customer service was outstanding. I really don't understand how some of the negative reviews can criticize the service. The manager, Lisa, was incredibly nice and ensured that I was completely satisfied with my order. My food arrived quickly as well. I will definitely be coming back!

The pizza was fantastic! The delivery was quick and the service was friendly. The flavors were incredible, especially the cheese – it had feta, spinach, chicken, and garlic, along with another cheese that added a nice touch. Ordering online was a breeze too. I would definitely recommend this place!
