I've never had imperial roles like they're somewhere else. so good. what I do to Vietnamese places is the dizzying nude dish that comes with a crispy imperial roll and asks for rice instead of noodles. on this way I get all the sweets from the noodle dish (in the regular crispy pear sprout, shredded salate and picked daikon and carrot). some places do not give them any kind of fun with the rice dishes or if they do it a little. the swarm here is really delicious, especially filled with a tonne fish sauce! I also tried the sweet tofu with cocose mud and it was delicious. very delicate sweet, beautiful silk tofu and a tasty fresh cocose flavor. I just got the exit from here about ubereats and the rice courts travel really well. good option for delivery.
Okay. this place is not her average Vietnamese Pho place. it definitely mixes a healthy piece of Chinese whether it is a fusion or influential that is still visible. I am thinking of Chinese Vietnamese immigrants. eating is fabulous. authentic aromen, both representing countries, are obvious. the noodles are flat phonos, which are normally freshly drawn, instead of being sold in dried packages. it is rare to experience these nudels in the bay area. there are many pho joints but very few draw noodles fresh. the result is almost a silky smooth, no need even chew, style of noodles in hearty broth. I had the curry pho. once again a unique experience, where the curry aromen are derived from both Vietnamese and Chinese roots, but the nude texture perfects the entire bite they put in their mouth. the manager recommended this fried tofu, which was also really interesting. very hearty and hearty and almost a home style bend. it is regrettable that this restaurant is not in a more accessible location. it is directly on el camino and not where to park. but that won't stop coming back here. Five stars!
Eating was delicious, quickly came to the table and the staff was super helpful. the swarm was grilled to perfection, the Thai tee was delicious, and the pho was tasty and plentiful (also a small part is enough! will come back when I have a stop in sfo.
Suppenbase is very balanced, less sweet than normal Vietnamese phos ordered their signature hühnerpho. very delicate texture and fresh taste. good part.
They were open on Thanksgiving, thank goodness. Had the curry pho and it was amazing. Soft fresh rice noodles, really flavoursome broth, lots of dark chicken meat. Thank you for the good food. The photo doesn't do it justice. I've been here before and it's the best pho on the Peninsula. It wasn't crowded at all when I came, but if you are COVID conscious, this place doesn't have outdoor seating (there is no space for it).
