Good customer service. Delicious food. Chips while you wait. And a decent price. You can call ahead of time over the phone to order. I love the new paint job inside and new restroom. I recommend this to all my friends and family.

Best salsa anywhere; genuinely friendly service. I love this place. uh-oh, changed hands recently and immediately they forgot how to make salsa. raised prices a bit (about time! but dropping to 4 stars. still a fave and i hope to give back that star. update 2020 they get the star back. salsa varies from mild to deadly but I still absolutely love this place, wish i lived closer so I could eat there every day.

This is a great family run joint. The shrimp burrito blows any Mission District shrimp burrito out of the water. I'm not a fan, but I've heard the menudo is stellar as well. Great chips and salsa, enchiladas, etc. I make it a point to go here when I want Mexican in downtown San Mateo.

Food's great, dollar tacos are some of the best I've had, and they have al pastor. Drinks are a little pricey, but you gotta make money somehow. Beer is available. Never had a takeout order that was materially wrong, either.

The food this place served me gave me multiple mouthgasms! You know food so good that immediately after you start chewing the first bite your mouth involuntarily can't help but go MMM! Comida muy DELICIOSA!
