They have the impossible burger and an impossible sausage. All very tasty. Great atmosphere, had a great time. Been back numerous times.
As of February 2022 there are two vegan mains: An Impossible burger, which I didn 't try, and an Impossible-based sausage. They were also serving four side dishes, all of which were vegan. The sausage was well presented and tasty enough but I 've gotten tastier vegan sausages (Field Roast, Tofurkey) at the supermarket. I think they would do better to craft a sausage with a classic soy/seitan base and more sausage-y seasonings. My German-style potato salad was delicious but the potato slices were a little undercooked for my taste. The indoor ambience is more-or-less nonexistent but there seemed to be a lot of outdoor seating. Service was attentive and competent. I gave it only three stars because a vegan options place would have to knock my socks off to get four. However I do expect to be back here.
Such a good meal! had a great feel to the space. When I ordered the non vegan pretzel option for the table, the waiter was quick to point out to me that it wasn’t vegan which shows how much thought they put into their vegan guests. Perfect for a fancier meal (I went for Valentines Day)
Wursthall is a very edgy, minimalist German restaurant that’s amazing for a nice classy meal. they have one vegan option (the Impossible Kebap) is actually very, very delicious! it’s features an Impossible sausage link (a huge one i might add) on top of fresh sauerkraut (it’s not my favorite either but it was actually worth it) with a side of diced crispy potatoes (literally the best i’ve ever had) stuffable pita bread. everything is amazingly seasoned they also have a wicked beer selection. amazing not only for a medium between meat-eaters vegans, but definitely worth trying if you’re just looking for a good plant-based meal. we can all branch out our palette a little more! Wursthall is a solid place to start.
We come here often for a special occasion or if we want to take our friends to a nice restaurant with beer. Our favorite veg go-tos are pickles, pretzels, and currywurst without the wurst for appetizers. For our main dish we usually get the Impossible Kebab which is made with vegan doner as a delicious burger.
