Domino's Pizza - San Miguel de Allende

Order online. All right. Delivered in a timely manner during a rainstorm in the evening. Friendly service. Nice pizza. napkins, hot sauce included. Viva!

Pizzas are good as usual, but they are part of our order and said it takes 2 hours until the supplier could come back. So we went a 40-minute round trip to get the rest of our order where they gave us the wrong element. Everything was delicious, but it is also almost 2 hours to get our order sorted.

Employees are very rude. I was standing in line for more than 5 minutes while the woman that was supposed to be at he cashier was play fighting with a male employee in the kitchen. The wait time to receive food was too long. I am definitely never coming back !

This is the worst Domino's. They always arrive late (up to an hour) and still want you to pay for a cold pizza. They deliver the wrong pizza and blame the customer despite the confirmation email clearly stating what was ordered and then refuse to correct the order. They can't get anything right. It's a complete joke. Don't order here. No ordenan aca, es lo peor. No pueden hacer nada bien. Entregan hasta una hora tarde, pizza fria, orden incorrecta, empleados grosceros, hechan la culpa para cualquier problema al cliente aunque hay comprobantes. Es un disastre total.

I'm always amazed when I ask you to check a big fast food chain or gasoline stations as they are all quite equal. And the same goes for Domino's pizza. They all use the same cookie cutter recipe, and it tastes like the rest. It is clean and the employees are as happy as they can be considered what a miserable money they need to receive. In summary, if you have eaten in a domino, you can expect more.
