Average margaritas, certainly nothing special. Fish tacos were totally tasteless, and I did not even finish one of them. ( two per order). I'm a fish taco fanatic, so that's really sayin something. Our table of 6 ordered all across the menu..noone was impressed. Buncha dancing, tipsy Americans, though. ;)

Santos is one of the best bars in San Miguel. They have the best margaritas in town (definitely on the same footing as the mezcal-aritas as La Mezcaleria, but these are traditional margaritas made with tequila and fresh squeezed lime juice.) They also offer a small but great menu including excellent fish tacos, shrimp cocktail and more. The atmosphere is great - if you go in the afternoon it's quiet with chill music, and reliable wifi if you want somewhere to catch up on email. On Friday and Saturday nights it's much more lively, with a great blues/rock band playing from 10:00 onward. I strongly recommend it.

La comida es carisisisisima para lo que sirven y siempre te cobran de más, hemos ido varias veces y siempre aparecen bebidas y comida de más que nadíe pidió (jamás de menos) y si les reclamas, se enojan. El ambiente es bueno, aunque siempre es el mismo grupo tocando los mismos covers y casi siempre puro gringo viejo

En este lugar nos trataron horrible. Fuimos después de una callejoneada y no nos pudieron atender. Lo que ordenamos de comida nunca llegó a la mesa y nos lo cobraron tres veces. Llegó el punto en el que el mesero nos encerró en el lugar, lo cual es ilegal. Tuvimos que pagar una cuenta con muchas cosas que no ordenamos para que nos dejaran salir. Muy mal servicio, cobran cosas que no se entregan o que ni siquiera se ordenan e incurren en prácticas ilegales.

A little off the beaten track perhaps, but a genuine 'local' bar. Music on a number of nights, friendly people and staff alike.
