Mcdonald's - San Pablo

Breakfast sandwiches are like hockey pucks; dried out, hard, over cooked, all the flavor and moisture and color are cooked out. Bacon is floppy old paper thin. Coffee sucks. Hash browns are soggy weighed down with old oil. ????

This location closes early for no apparent reason, I don?t mean 15 or twenty minutes. They had the drivethru and inside locked 55 minutes before closing. This is the sixth time at this location.

My experience at McDonald's in El Sobrante, CA was fantastic! I had a delicious dinner enjoying the McRib with a Coke and large hot fries. The staff member who helped us was incredibly kind, helpful, caring, calm, and patient. Thank you, Chika, for the amazing customer service! Everything was great, from the service to the food. I would give them a 10+ for both customer service and food. The kids were also happy with their meal.

The staff at this restaurant is very unfriendly. I usually just use the drive-thru, but today I needed to use the restroom. I asked the staff sitting in the customer area for the passcode, but she didn't say a word and just punched it in to let me in. I found this behavior rude and disrespectful, and very unprofessional. I won't be returning to this location. Additionally, the fries were excessively salty.

We visited a clean, modern McDonald's that impressed us. However, we were disappointed that they stopped serving breakfast items after 10:30, which seems to be the norm for McDonald's. The service was excellent and the employees were very friendly.
