Firehouse No. 37 - San Ramon

Service was atrocious! Walked in and waited for 2min for someone to address or even acknowledge us to be seated to which no one said anything so we seated ourselves, a person came in after us and was acknowledged and told to seat himself, we sat for about 15min still without being acknowledged at all. If it was taking this long to get acknowledged then I bet it would’ve taken a whole lot longer to get food so we left to go spend our money elsewhere

Great spot to meet a friend and share some conversation and snacks.

Recommend good service,good food, big bar seating area.

We 4 people all repeatedorder many times because the waitress insisted not to understand us. And then she said that we have a very heavy accent that she can not understand us and where are we from! I'm living in this country for so long, nobody ever said that to me and my friends. Then, our orders didn't come for soo long. Our drinks didn't come either. When our meals came 40-50 mins waiting, half of the order was missing. And also our drinks didn't come yet. We asked 3 times for our drinks. When i asked for the rest of the meal which were kid's food, she said she forgot to order them. Kids were starving and crying after 50 mins waiting. This is a horrible experience! I think she did all these things purposely! I would never recommend this place!
