I've dined at Trinity 3 times over the last 5 years for special occasions. The first visit was exceptional in all areas. Although higher cost than many other establishments, was still a great value given high rating for food and service. The last two have been disappointing. Ordered menu items have failed to be delivered, cold food, and poor quality food. Inexperienced servers, Patio heating not turned on despite obvious patron discomfort. Bar is extremely loud, but to be expected. But not good for enjoyable meals in serene environment. After two tries to impress out-of-town visitors, it is unlikely I will dine there again after disappointing experiences. There for a more rich eating than burger and pommes. tried her pasta primavera and it was amazing. a little oily, but mine probably, but full of veggies that were not muddy. you can enjoy a beautiful view, a cocktail and this pasta.
My man and I have eaten here as our first decisions were closed. I was completely ready to eat a Bland salad as they often find the only vegan option in hotel restaurants like this. I was pleasantly surprised to find the vegan pasta primavera on the menu! it was very saucy and hard on the veggies I was very happy with. it would have used a little more complexity of taste. Overall, however, it was a nice culinary experience. it also seems that the Mediterranean salad on the menu would be vegan without the cheese. you should confirm, but it looked promising.
