Utara Brewing Company - Sandpoint

The smell of curry is SO Enticing! We ride our bikes (the two thigh-drive kind) down here for a quick pour or three. After all, riding the bicycle burns off the first sip or two. Seriously, the beer is amazing. The food is perfect. Atmosphere iscomfortable. Most of all?the beer. Perfect!

Good beer, delicious curry dishes. The Citra Fresh Hop is one of the best beers I've ever had, and the cilantro chutney is pure magic. Cool building too it's in a converted auto service station. Two dog friendly patios. Friendly service. Interestingmusic (in a good way). Chill vibe, no divisive virtue signaling it's clear that everyone is welcome. We go there a lot, andwe're so grateful to have good Indian food in town. Thanks Utara!!

Great selection of beers and fantastic Indian cuisine! The menu might be small, but everything they offer is done exceptionally well!

For drinks, we tried a flight that included tangerine pale ale, Scotchman Peaks Scotch ale, Mineral Point IPA, Dr. Saaz Czech lager, and huckleberry seltzer. All the beers were good, but the Scotchman Peaks ale was truly exceptional. It had a complex taste with caramel notes and finished on a refreshing sweet note. I would definitely recommend Utara for both great food and drinks!

I had a unique experience with a brewery that serves curry, and it was fantastic! The two really complement each other, and both the beer and the curry were absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely return before we head out of town!
