Contribuisci feedbackI ordered mine online. I give people the benefit of the doubt that maybe they just had a bad day. I got the seafood boil bag. I was super excited. However, it was SUPER salty and my potatoes were rock hard. But the flavor was good, corn even better! Maybe they had a bad day? My experience was worth 45$.
Great service, delicious food, never disappoints. Covid19 has really hit the small businesses hard but The Fresh Pot never disappoints. Fresh, hot and tasty.
Really wanted this food to be good but my family and I were severely let down. Took almost 3 hours to receive our order and we were 10 minutes from the store. Most of the order was incorrect and at least two items were completely missing. Ordered two loaded potatoes and only one showed up. The one that did come was missing sauce and there was a piece of chicken cooked into it. My sister is vegetarian so she couldn?t eat the food even if it tasted good enough to do so. For
Website presented well, had no information that the catfish nuggets fries were unavailable. Took 3 hours to receive an incomplete and wrong order. Food was miserable. Ordered a large jambalaya, received a small. Ordered a shrimp grits, received 2 bad shrimp burnt grits. Offered a refund on two missing items and $30 credit on a future visit, there's no need to every order from here again. Deserving of a full refund.
I went to the one in Sandusky the Mac and cheese was hard and nasty!! I ordered collard greens and I got cabbage! funnel cake tasted like old grease received bbq sauce for my mozzarella sticks and I still waited over 20 minutes after I got your order is ready text!
