Taco Mac Prado - Sandy Springs

I always have a great time at Taco Mac. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is fantastic. I especially enjoy their wings and salads!

I placed an online order and was told it would be ready at 10:16. When I arrived at 10:13, they informed me that my order was not ready yet. I waited for over 20 minutes before finally receiving my order. Upon reaching home and eating my sandwich, I discovered it was filled with blue cheese, which was not mentioned on the menu. I called the restaurant to see if I could receive a refund, but was only offered 50% off as a resolution. I was extremely dissatisfied with this experience and will not be returning to this restaurant. Offering a discount after multiple mistakes is not an acceptable solution for me.

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night. The bartenders were prompt in serving drinks and food even though the place was very busy. Stephan is the head chef who greets guests and checks on their dining experience. He is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that customers are well taken care of.

Love love this place! the bartender is always amazing and so sweet! I recommend this place to all my friends and state friends when they come to the city.

The food and service was okay. The nachos was a very large portion. It was tasty. I ordered chicken tenders for my son. The chicken dinner were very greasy. When I asked the serve about the chicken tenders, I was told that they come that way.
