I'm so glad I discovered this restaurant! It's entirely dedicated to gluten-free options. We tried the carrot cake, chocolate cupcake, chocolate chip cookie, and mousse. I loved everything except for the cupcake, which was made with coconut flour and turned out a bit dry. However, it wasn't a big deal. Overall, I was really pleased to find this place!

At the Bake Shop, I also ordered a few goodies, including four orders of bagels. Zambawango fully refunded me for my order, allowing everything to be combined into one box for delivery. I received my order the very next day! Overall, it was an amazing experience!

This is the ideal spot for enjoying low-carb food with friends! On my first visit, I spent $100, but honestly, it's not worth the hassle of making these dishes at home: I can honestly say I've never tasted anything I disliked here, though I definitely have my favorites. The Oreo cookies and rolls are absolutely delicious! The cinnamon rolls are fantastic, bagels are good, and muffins are decent—all worth a try. I haven't had any of the cakes yet, but I’ll be sure to update you soon!

I absolutely loved this bakery. The search for pastries that understand and know how to bake with low carb ingredients is innocent to come by. We appreciate companies like to enjoy this available. As a Type 1 diabetic, I had given up any hope of eating sweets without a spike in bloodsugar. I found this place by accident, and have sampled a wide variety of their offerings. My bloodsugar stays normal, no spikes per my continuous glucose monitor! Thanks to the bakers and chef, who must be a certified genius.
