We came across AJ's and decided to stop for lunch, even though as a vegan, I wasn't expecting much in terms of options. I was pleasantly surprised to find AJ's Signature salad on the menu, which included dried cranberries and candied almonds. I decided to try The Impossible Burger from their burger section since vegan options were limited in the area. The burger was delicious, topped with lettuce, tomato, and spicy pickles. The service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant's decor was enjoyable. I highly recommend dining at AJ's.

I looked at the menu and saw aj signature salate with dried cranberries and bonbons mandling. it sounded good minus the blue cheese. but I looked over the menu and under burgers, found the impossible burger! whaaat?! So I decided that vegan burgers were pretty close there. it was very tasty and highly stacked with salad, tomato and spicy pickles. service was fast and friendly and the decor was much fun!
