I made purchase on this KFC through the thru drive on Tuesday 13/12/2022, 2:00 P.M. They handed me the incomplete order, missing 3 biscuits, a family pope and placing 6 pieces of chicken instead of 8 in a crazy Tuesday bucket. They must correct this as soon as possible because it gives the feeling that it is not a mistake, but rather a robbery.
Food is fresh but and gone 3 times past I 2 times don't give me my full order and let pass but already this good I want Moe's chickens I biscuits for the next
One bad day customer service, another day they delivered the wrong order
Unfortunately the staff of the night gives very bad service, even the manager who should have better treatment and require his staff, as far as the chicken is regular, but the pieces are cutting them half by receiving miniatures. It is well known that the chicken has increased in price but personally I prefer to get a little more and do not fill the bucket of beak and shovel.
