Contribuisci feedbackAfter more than an hour (and about 3km) wander around sarajevo and almost give up, we came over this restaurant. the staff was very helpful and friendly, the atmosphere great and the food yumy. there are some tvs in the restaurant that could distract. the restaurant seems to be controlling to pay (dumming up), which is not for several other Bosnian restaurants that we were. updated by previous review on 2021-09-22
A high variety of vegetarian food and a small selection of vegan food. The portions are a little bit too small but at the same time quite expensive. But the food tasted delicious.
This was my first visit to FitBar Point. Passing by, it seemed like a typical cafe, but after perusing the menu, we found that it had a good selection of vegetarian and vegan options. The food was quite tasty and well-presented, and the atmosphere was light and bright. While not everything on the menu was listed correctly, the server was knowledgeable and the chef confirmed what was vegan for us. In our case, something vegan wasn't shown as such, so you need to inquire as to each item. They were happy to make any fresh juice combo not listed on the menu, and I had a nicely-done personalized juice. Portions are fairly generous too, and the price is quite reasonable considering the novelty of the menu. They seem to be a leader in offering fresh and tasty veg/vegan cuisine in Sarajevo. Definitely worth a visit.
Sarajevo has a problem with vegetarian restaurants and restaurants offering a variety of vegetarian and vegan food- they tend to open for a year or two and don't do well and close. We hope this restaurant is an exception. It is undergoing changes the menu online is out of date, and when I visited the website was down the waitress said it is being revamped. But she sent me their new menu via email. The current menu, which has clearly marked vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free food, has an excellent selection of healthy food of all types, and many dishes not marked vegan can be made vegan. We had a vegan, gluten free quinoa burger on good vegan gluten-free bread (you can order a loaf as well), a good salad and soup, and even an excellent raw vegan, gluten-free brownie! They serve fresh juices and smoothies, and have a good selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free sides. While still undergoing growing pains, it has potential. The restaurant was simple and attractive, the waitstaff were great and knowledgeable. Updated from previous review on 2020-02-19
I was not very impressed by the three tiny quinoa burgers (weird bread and no salt/spices at all) side of veg (swimming in oil), side of potatoes (prepared with butter, but tasty), mushroom risotto (again tasteless). Service was nice but a bit confused.
