The worst Chinese food I ever had in my life, and possibly also the worst customer service. all I ordered was the sommeliersuppe and the fried sommes. the broth had zero taste... basic as yellow water tasted. the sommestons in the suppe had very little meat in them and sommenheit was seriously understated. on the other side, the fried sommes were so overcooked that I almost broke one tooth on one. Maybe that's the reason why the young woman on the theke couldn't see me in the eyes? she could not even be harassed to try to be pleasant, not even to welcome me when I came in and said hello.

I live in Saranac Lake. I will never EVER come back to this restaurant. After 5 attempts, food is Awful, not even close to what was ordered, hygiene is awful (watch them cook) , unbelievably rude, out of half the product, half the time. Let someone who wants to be a restauranteur succeed Skip this hell hole.

The food is fine. However, the lady slams down the phone abruptly after I order and barks at customers.

Horrible service, the owner was yelling at me when I asked to add something to my order. She said she is busy and can’t take any more orders. Demand that we fix the tablets and chairs after eating. Terrible customer service, food taste horrible. Don’t go to this restaurant.

I agree with another reviewer that this place is underrated. My go-to for Chinese (and Thai) takeout. Food is always hot and fresh, ready in 15 minutes or less.Just because the owner's mannerisms differ from yours, doesn't make her rude. I've ordered often and never had an unpleasant experience. Not to mention, she is always there no matter what time I go. Let's see how you feel working in a hot kitchen for 10+ hours with only one day off.My favorites: singapore noodles, pad thai, basil chicken, shrimp toast, and boneless spare ribs. The soups are good, too.
