Pizza Delight - Sauble Beach

Ordered two large pizzas last night and while I was eating a slice, I felt something pulling and it was a hair. Kind of gross and we tossed the rest of the pizza. Other than that the pizza was good and the staff were polite and courteous. Pizza was ready when they said it would be.Edit: I was contacted by the company on Aug 23rd and asked to email them about my experience. I sent an email and then later sent a follow up. I haven’t received a reply to either email and it’s now Sept 5th (two weeks later). Kind of annoying that they ask me to contact them and then send nothing back.

I have been a fan of this restaurant since I was a child, but tonight's experience was disappointing. Everything was overcooked, almost burnt. The pizzas were piling up in the oven with no staff in sight to attend to them. I had to open the door and call someone from the back to help.

Pizza had wrong toppings, and wasn't cooked enough.

The pizza at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The dough was undercooked and chewy, the sauce was overly sweet and tasted like ketchup, and there was hardly any cheese. I regret to say that I will not be coming back to this establishment.

The pizza is tasty, but our favorite items on the menu are the donairs, lasagna, and wings. The preparation and cooking times are reliable, and pickup is convenient.
