Brickyard Pizza - SAUGERTIES

You can order vegan pizza, subs, and pasta directly from their website. The toppings were a bit expensive, but the cheese was delicious. I think adding more sauce would make it even better. I went back on December 29, 2023, and tried the vegan meatball parm sub. The meatballs were just okay, but the rest of the sub was really tasty.

I ordered takeout for my office today. I was impressed by the variety of options on the vegan menu. I chose the vegan meatball sliders made on garlic knots and they were deliciously cheesy, garlicky, and flavorful! Another vegan coworker ordered the meatball sub and also gave it two thumbs up.

I highly recommend this restaurant! The food is delicious and fresh, with friendly service and fast delivery. The caprese flatbread and crispy eggplant stack are both amazing dishes. Don't miss out on the fried dough - a large portion for only $4.50! They also offer great specials and coupons. The prices are fair and the portions are generous. The containers for takeout are sturdy and not flimsy like styrofoam. Overall, I give it a 5 out of 5 for both food and service. Recommended dishes include chicken wings, French fries with cheese sauce, Philly cheesesteak, buffalo chicken wrap, chicken caesar wrap, meatball parmesan sub, large cheese pizza, cheeseburger, garlic knots, and baked stuffed shells with mozzarella and parmesan.

The pizza and subs at this restaurant are excellent. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a rating of 4 out of 5.

This restaurant in Saugerties has the best pizza, in my opinion. The owners and staff are friendly, and the cooks are great! I would give the food a rating of 5 out of 5.
