Best value for your money in town! The food is fantastic and the experience is excellent!

I absolutely loved the Blueberry Martini; it was incredibly delicious! The food was amazing as well. My fiancé and I definitely need to return sometime soon.

While the food may not be the absolute best in Saugerties, it definitely ranks in the top three. I always enjoy dining here. However, when it comes to late-night food, this place is by far the best in the entire region. It’s truly surprising to walk into a restaurant at 10:00 p.m. and be served a delicious Caesar salad that would compete with offerings from any fine dining establishment. The quesadillas are top-notch as well—an A+ in my book. Everything here is consistently good, and I guarantee you'll leave satisfied. Not to mention, the staff is incredibly cool. The bartender was charming, delightful, and very skilled at his job. If you can only have one meal in Saugerties, you might want to consider Miss Lucy’s. But if you have the chance to enjoy two meals or if you're looking for a great late-night spot in a lively pub atmosphere, Pig Bar should definitely be at the top of your list!

We went out for dinner and drinks, and the experience was fantastic. For appetizers, we had smoked trout and mussels, and the trout was incredible—so tender it practically melted in our mouths. I ordered the steak sandwich with mac and cheese, while my husband chose a burger with fries. Both dishes were delicious and cooked to perfection. We each enjoyed two martinis—mine was a dirty martini. Everything was superb! We arrived early, so it wasn't crowded, and we were seated right away. By the time we left around 8 PM, the place was getting busier. Our server was friendly and attentive, adding to our enjoyable evening.

We discovered The Pig Bar while visiting for a wedding last weekend. On a bustling Friday night, we decided to sit at the bar and were served by the most fantastic bartender. I wish I could recall her name, but she was amazing, managing all the customers with a bright smile and a wonderful energy. We shared four small plates and enjoyed every single one, especially the green beans. If we ever find ourselves in town again, we will definitely return to The Pig Bar.
