I really wanted to like this place, but I just can 't get behind the prices of this food. I got a really watered down mimosa and a breakfast burrito for $23+ ....

Found this spot on TripAdvisor. Parking is sort of tricky, as it's a shared small lot. You may end up parking down the street and walking, which is no huge deal...

Great food, inexpensive mimosas. Seating is small, not a lot of place to wait inside so just prepare to wait on their nice deck with fans and have another mimos...
