Contribuisci feedbackThe restaurant staff, around six of them, seemed disorganized as they moved between the drive-thru, kitchen, and serving area, causing delays in service. It took about 30 minutes to receive our order, even though we were third in line. I had to flag down a staff member to take our order. Having worked in fast food before, I recognize that this was not a smooth or efficient operation.
The restaurant had closed off half of the parking lot, so I had to drive through the line to reach the other side. My mobile order was cold when I finally received it after waiting. I initially thought the restaurant was closed because of the blocked parking spaces. Since I was already waiting in line, I asked if I could just drive through the drive-thru, but was told no. The employees were rude during the entire interaction.
My wife and I stopped at this Wendy's before I flew home. I have to give credit to the staff because they were very busy for 2pm after the lunch rush. The team worked together and took care of all customers, including drive-thru orders. There was a small mistake with our order, but the host quickly corrected it and apologized for the inconvenience, making sure we were satisfied with the service. After our meal, I took the time to thank the host and the staff for their hard work. I let them know that their efforts did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Wendy's!
Placed a mobile order, everything came hot and fresh within minutes after the arrival! they even packed some serviettes and ketchup packages without asking me.
It shouldn't take 15+ minutes per car at a fast food place. I sat for over an hour in line. The later it gets the slower they move.
