Contribuisci feedbackLast week I picked up using the mobile app. I drove away with my food and noticed items missing. Go back and park, food is getting cold, fix the first issue. Leave and take a sip of my drink; it's water. Now I go back, the young female the manager could care less. Her words, “I am so sorry.” I can discern she did not care. I ask for a refund because everything is now cold.A few days later I placed an order during breakfast, my order was canceled as I waited to scan behind other cars. I had to wait for four cars to leave before leaving with no food. Today, I ordered food and drove off to eat mac-cheese but there was no fork. I had to go to the store after picking up a mobile order. Guess who was the manager on duty? The same person from the last week. Her response again was “I am sorry.” she has no leadership or management skills.Thank you for the horrible services. You will be helping me to eat healthy while saving money. I will not be coming back. I visited enough to become a “Signature Member.”
No one here seems to care when you have an issue with your order. They refused to give me a refund.
They couldn’t find my mobile order and there was no direction where to pick up the mobile orders. They took my money and never gave me my food.
Heart shaped container for chicken nuggets is definitely my fave. The salads are also fresh. Love getting the gallons of tea. Try the Mac and cheese you won’t regret it. I get one of every sauce and like to just have a chicken nugget dipping party lol.
