The customer service at the restaurant tonight was the worst I have ever experienced. The girl packing up to-go orders was incredibly rude and it was clear that she did not enjoy her job, especially when dealing with customers. When my order was ready, she gave me a dirty look and placed it on the counter without saying anything. She also forgot an item from my order, and when I pointed it out to her, she barely acknowledged me and quickly fixed the mistake. Her lack of communication and unfriendly demeanor left a lot to be desired.

I ordered the pesto stuffed tortellini, their pastas are usually dry which is why I order PAY for extra sauce. So when it's missing from my order, the pasta is not so good. Please pay attention to delivery orders, I pay extra so give me what I pay for

Tried this place a few months ago and have enjoyed every time I visit. Great food for a fair price. But the thing that keeps me coming back is Jimmy (the old man behind the register . His kind smile and great attitude makes it a pleasant experience. Theworld needs more of Jimmy! :

This was our first time dining at this restaurant. The staff was very friendly. My wife and I ordered the parmesan crusted chicken dish. I chose mac and cheese as my side, while she opted for a Caesar salad. Unfortunately, the pasta was dry and lacked flavor, but the chicken was good. I agree with others who have complained about the lack of sauce and flavor. Our total bill came to almost $35 for lunch. The Wisconsin mac and cheese was very cheesy but lacked flavor. It's disappointing that some restaurants are hesitant to season their food properly. Despite our initial disappointment, we are willing to give them another chance. It would be beneficial for them to offer parmesan cheese in packets since they have pasta dishes on the menu. Additionally, I recommend that the cashier wear gloves while handling money. He took our money and then handled our cups and lids without considering hygiene. We took the precaution of washing everything at the soda machine before filling our cups. It's important to remember that we are still in the midst of a pandemic. Hopefully, this review will help improve the overall experience for everyone.

Today, I ordered noodles and specifically requested that the mushrooms be removed. However, as you can see from the pictures, the mushrooms were still included. It is important for the youth of America to pay better attention to customer requests. I recommend training your staff to be more attentive to detail in order to avoid similar mistakes in the future.
