Domino's Pizza - Schertz

I placed an order an hour before it was supposed to be delivered and they straight up didn't deliver it at the requested time and I had to cancel, they didn't even try to fix anything about just that they were waiting on the driver I wouldn't order from this location again

Customer service was excellent, quick in out very friendly and helpful!!!

Got pizza for dinner for a large group and it tasted great. Everyone was happy.

This place is terrible, or is it the employees that don't care about the quality food that they give to the customers .I ordered my pizza after 7;00pm. They were not busy and only one employee on duty. My pizza looked like it had been rewarmed. I noticed on the top baker shelf , they had on the side there were several pizza boxes with pizza in them. When i told the girl that my pizza was not acceptable, and I want my money back. She took my pizza which was still on the box and threw it up on the shelf where there was several boxes of cooked pizzas there.My thought is that when order come in , instead of making a fresh pizza, she rewarm the pizza . SMHIf I could give them a zero I would

This place is a joke one of the drivers never delivered my order then lied about it no wonder the braindead manager of the nightshift hasn't done anything with his loser life besides be a mediocre pizza chain
