Restaurant Gypsera - Schwarzsee

It is an amazing restaurant next to the black lake in the mountains of fribourg. I had fish and ships, eating and service are excellent.

Beautiful restaurant on lakeside. the selection of ice is quite large and they are very good. I recommend to them the Melingue-Glacée, it is made of ice, meringue and double cream from gruyère.

I was on the paddleboard and some guests from the restaurant came into the water with 2 horses! Not only that they let the horses pour into the water, only where all swim! a local builder on the terrace...has also a big mouth to me, as I asked to clean it up! but the restaurant does not take guidance to keep the beautiful lake clean!

I ordered an salate. the spade was absolutely soggy. but in the morning I was on the market and I could feel that it was the low season. spargel was sold at a very cheap price. I put the spade in a corner. my teller and continued to eat. unfortunately the mushrooms tasted strange. I called the waitress. she took a piece of asparagus and a slice of mushroom in a serviette to show her to the manager. she came back: they are sparing and canned mushrooms, which I said yes, I know that she apologises twice. I wanted to talk to the manager. she said the manager is the cook and he can't leave the kitchen I stopped eating. the bill came and I had to pay 18,50 (swiss francs) for my salat. I didn't want to ruin my day. but I promised myself and the waitress that this is registered on tripadvisor. So here it is.
