There were maybe 2 or 3 locals there during my visit, and one of them was buried in a video game and the others weren 't talking. While the food wasn 't bad, although it was pricey for what you got, Ben was pretty insistent on you ordering your meal his way, going as far as saying just order it how it comes . Where it became interesting was when he was trying to put on Thursday Night Football and he made it a point to drop about 25 F-bombs, and then going between grunting under his breathe and exclaiming how he hates computers? Made for a very uncomfortable experience which he was seemingly oblivious to. If you 're thinking about this as a destination for dinner, a beer, or a stay of any kind, beware. I 'm not embellishing here whatsoever. Not a good experience, which is sad. Sorry Ben.
Bartender was nice but atmosphere wasn’t what we expected.
My favorite bar!!! The bartender is the best around and great convo. Cant say enough. Get in there and see for yourself. Its a great time.
Great little gem along the perkiomen trail in the spring mount area. Stop in for a cold one of you're passing by. Not many options for food but what they have to offer is delicious!!*If Ben is bartending and you like an old fashion it's a must stop.
I loved going to this cozy pub. It's a half a mile down the road from the legendary Spring Mountain. Went here for the first time last weekend and it was an experience. The bartender, and I believe owner, Ben, was a friendly, down to earth guy. There was a few locals there for a birthday gathering, which was a fun time. We got in pretty good with them. The rest of the crowd was fun to be around too. We even played some pool with a local which was pretty funny. It's definitely a good place to hit after a day of skiing. We'll be returning for sure.
