After waiting a hour and 12 minutes for a take away of 4 dishes, one of the dishes was a chicken salad which was not even half the portion I noticed being served. The service was absolutely shocking and quite frankly unacceptable. I don't recommend unless you are not all that hungry and have all day to wait.

Thanks but no thanks. In the time we were waiting for our order, I went to Dorado's and got a piece of fish for R60, came back, ate it in the car and then came back where my wife and children were still waiting. As a recommendation perhaps increase your staff over the festive season, uptrain staff on processing orders in sequence and as soon as they receive it, how to handle upset clients and communicate with management (which did not happen yesterday in any way) and lastly check your take away portion sizes. I hardly think R75 for calamari (7 rings to be exact) with tartar sauce (which was NOT given) is worth it. What a rip off. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 150–200

I have no idea why the reviews of this place are so good. I ordered a bunny chow and chicken wings. The bunny chow was absolutely horrible. It was watery, had tons of fat in it and made me feel like throwing up. It literally had a disgusting taste and smell. The chicken wings were just the same. It had a weird smell. I was in the area from Durban and visited because of the good reviews. Not sure if those who put in these reviews were drunk but I will never visit this place again. Disgusting.
