The Old Mill Kitchen - Scottish Borders

We stumbled upon this quaint little restaurant in Scotland by chance, as the town center of Selkirk was undergoing road construction and had limited parking. Located in the industrial area near the northern descent, it offers a lovely view of the wooden garden. Under new management, the restaurant has seating for only four customers but boasts a wide variety of freshly made sandwiches, paninis, hot bakery items, filled rolls, and burgers. The friendly young staff work diligently to provide delicious food. Prices are clearly displayed on a board, and there are clean and accessible restrooms in the neighboring building.

The service at this restaurant is outstanding and the food is delicious.
