Contribuisci feedbackThis Jack in the Box charges more for their menu items than the stated price on the drive through menu board. In a recent trip through, they charged me $1.50 more for a menu item, even though I had not done any substitutions, or changed my order to a larger size. This can't possibly be legal. I asked person working the drive through window for a receipt, questioned him about the price difference, and he told me that his manager was the one who decides when they'll boost prices, and that he knows nothing about what the drive through menu states regarding prices.
This Jack-in-the-Box is very hit and miss. Sometimes we go, and it's great. Others, it's horrible. Very inconsistent food service when you go through the Drive-Thru. We don't indulge in fast food, super often... But we treat ourselves 2 to 3 times a month. This evening I stopped by there on the way home and ordered two double jacks, and an order of tacos. I get home, and there was two regular jumbo jacks with no cheese, no condiments on the burger, lettuce was not very fresh, the tomatoes had the hard end on them, the beef patties were cold and broken up, and they were smashed flat. Like someone hit it with a book. Tacos were also cold. And the problem is... They don't give you a receipt, so you can't even go back and dispute anything. So we paid for two double Jack's... And only got two regular jacks with no cheese. Just disappointing. Now, we've had some fantastic, hot burgers where the produce was fresh, and the cheese was perfectly melted, and the bun was really soft and fresh. Onion rings were crispy and hot... but the fries are usually Luke warm to cold. (That's pretty consistent) This is not the first time this has happened to us. It's happened several times over the last year. I own part of it, as I should've checked the bag before I pulled away. But I was in a hurry, there were napkins and tons of ketchup thrown on top and it was hard to see all the way into the bottom of the bag. And I didn't want to be THAT person holding up the line. I decided to finally write a review tonight as it was just the final straw. We were so looking forward to the burgers as we were both tired and didn't want to cook... and they were horrible. Still ended up having to cook dinner after all... so that sucked! Recommendation... CHECK YOUR ORDER before you pull away to avoid any disappointment. Good luck!
Terrible. 20 minute wait for drive thru. Food was either rehaeted or microwaved. Missing ingredients. This location is terrible and getting worse. How is this being allowed to continue?
With the price of fast food you would think what you order is what you get at the drive through unfortunately that's not the case here. I would recommend go somewhere else for your 20 dollar fast food meal this Jack in the Box ripped me off Wrong order poor service at the drive through Shame on you Jack
Took forever for service. Backed out of the drive thru to go inside since no one was being helped at the speaker. Didnt get acknowledged for about 5 minutes of just standing there. By the time we got our food the burgers were cold. I asked for fresh since i had been waiting. The manager offered to put them in the microwave to heat them up. I insisted on new and she went and starting spanish to her coworker. Made us new burgers with extremely cold patties that had been sitting there. The burgers that i handed back she opened up and look at them and closed them up and moved them like she was going to reuse them. I had put my hands inside the burgers to check the temps. Annoying cause these places are giving the employees $20 an hour to give us **** service and cold food.
