Contribuisci feedbackDrove through the drive-through, spent more than $45, they left out for items that we realize when we got homeThen I called the phone number and it goes to some other phone number the doesn’t even say Jack in the box and you can’t even leave a message for very long.So disappointing. My money is worth way more than this.
Personnel Not knowledgeable of their own promotions, I had to spend over 10 minutes to understand that the attendant had no clue of the advertising affixed at their location Windows .
Sometime all you have to do is make it right and have great customer service. I have had problems with the morning shift with the service and quality of food. I came to the location after work to speak with the manager at 2:30pm today and he was so nice and concerned. I was going to give a bad review but he don’t deserve that due to a bad seed. They recognized the problem and I’m not the only one who made the complaint, and they are making plans to fix it. The shift that I normally come during will be closing soon until they get new staff. They gave me the wrong French toast, the portion of fries was out of line and you all know I love fries, finally the tacos were under cooked and super greasy. Make sure to check your food ppl before leaving

I came and ordered my food with a milk tea boba… i am told at the window that there in no milk tea and if i would like the coffee…i agree!Im told to park and wait for my order and walk in to ask for a boba straw so i can drink my drink while waiting and the same guy lets me know THEY HAVE NO BOBA STRAWS. I ask how am I supposed to drink my boba and offers A SPOON or my money back. I aceept the money back and he tells me can i have the drink back too? If only all this was mentioned before hand i could have gotten myself another drink!Ps received my order completly wrong?
