Jamba Juice - Scotts Valley

The smoothie was perfect and the staff was friendly.

I placed my order, corrected it when it was repeated back incorrectly, but still received the wrong order.

I will not be returning to this restaurant because they do not allow you to customize your own smoothie like every other store in the area. I will be taking my business to the Santa Cruz store instead.

Very friendly employees. They had a new staff person training who was struggling at the register and all of the other employees were very nice to her in helping her figure it out. Standard food and drink as you'd expect from Jamba juice, will be back.

Rude rude rude!!! Staff was extremely rude. Didn?t even blend my drink so I can?t even drink it, maybe when it?s melted in like an hour. It took a loooooong time for one smoothie and one carrot juice. They did not honor the Jamba Juice 10% off when youbring in your Jamba Juice cup. If you want fresh wheat grass juice, you need to go elsewhere, their machine is broken.
