Starbucks - Scotts Valley

Very poor service. Barista was busy on personal calls and took over 20 mins on an empty store on a thursday afternoon at 1.30pm to make a small chai tea latte. Avoid

I truly did not want to share this with anyone else because it's my golden nugget. But, they deserve a 5 star rating, so unfortunately, I'm sharing. This particular Starbucks are amazing. They care, they're wonderful people whom I've gotten to know on a 1st name basis. I walk in, and they immediately know what I'm going to order, (I demand my drink to be made a certain way) and they nail it every time. Thank you all at this Starbucks!!!

Love the drive thru Starbucks in Scotts Valley. They have all the usual items like any other Starbucks. Two thing that standout with this store is this parking lot has two charge point chargers for electric cars (not free) and the drive thru. Get your entire without getting out of the car.

Nothing is quick here since the pandemic. Expect 20 minutes in the drive thru.

Venti Pike's Place with a ham n swiss breakfast sandwich is the best. Great service with a smile every time. Starbucks with a drive thru. Perfect
