A rotating weekly menu that always has at least one delicious vegan option. the cook experimentes with fantastic taste pairings and includes home made fermented food in many of their dishes. water kefir and kombucha always on tap and rotating aromen as well. peruse their fermented food cool case and their local foods while they are made on their to order food, or when they crack in a time, grab and go out of the case. really charming, cozy atmosphere and a wonderful friendly staff.
