Worst Tim Hortons. The staff is vindictive and don't care about their jobs. If you ever tell them you have an issue because they got your order wrong, don't ever think about going back, they will make an excuse everytime to say they can't fulfill your order, if you place another mobile order with them. This location has no almond milk, skim milk, and soy milk, they do not prepare extra pots of dark roast coffee, they'll just mix it with original roast coffee, and they won't have chocolate Tim bits if you ask. If only the owner cared enough about customer feedback, they should consider changing all their staff. This review based on multiple transactions within the last 6 months, from the first time they got my order wrong until today. If I had a choice to go to another location I would. *Update: I already sent my concern to the guest care team previously and everytime the response is they will connect with the store owner. I'll update once they respond this time.
