I ordered the crispy chicken sandwhich and have been ordering this for years and they did not put lettuce or tomato's in the sandwhich. When i went back to talk to the staff they said they only put chicken and sauce on it. When in fact on their site it shows that the ingredients are tomato's lettuce and mayo. The supervisor that was working on April 24, 2024 i believe his name is hiren was extremely rude and would not even add any of the ingredients even after i showed him And told him This is how the order usually comes. not sure if this location only changed) I hope higher management sees this because his customer service was extremely horrendous. I definitely wont recommend or be back here.

Worst Timmies ever. Took 30 mins to get served, and food was cold. Thing us there was 3 people ahead in the line only. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Grab the medium coffee and a crispy cilantro lime chicken wrap for lunch. The coffee was fine however the wrap was brutal, the crispy chicken was extremely thin and hard as a rock. Very stale. Thankfully I'm not up at this location often as you probably wouldn't catch me getting food there again. Woman helping me at the tail didn't seem too thrilled to be there either. Food: 2
This location is very unproffesional and bad service, I ordered online/delivery from Doordash and when the order arrive at my workplace I got a note written on the receipt to N/A Ask the DD to Refund. Thanks I 'm so busy at work and ordered food from online looking a the menu they have availble, and now they 're telling me to refund it because they don 't have an food item available on their location . Alteast they should have called me and let your costumer know you don 't have that food item like I can ask for a different food, not writing out on the receipt, I was expecting that they have it because it is available on the menu. If you don 't have available don 't just assumed that it 's okay not to verify with the costumer and write a something on the receipt alteast take it out from your menu! I spent a lot of money to this store plus the charge from the delivery. NOT RIGHT!
