Mcdonald's - Seal Beach

I ordered unsweetened iced tea but received sweet tea instead. I discovered the mistake while driving and already on the road. The staff's response was disappointing, as they still got my order wrong.

I was disappointed to discover that there were no healthy menu choices available at McDonald's. My grandchildren were craving Happy Meals, but I was unable to find any salads or other healthy meals on the menu. They offered only fried and grilled chicken sandwiches. I do not plan on returning to McDonald's in the future.

I believe McDonald's has improved its food quality and taste. I hope they maintain this standard throughout all their restaurants in the chain.

Apart from getting my order wrong or certainly never set the right conditions, although its pre-ordered line, so they actually have a list of things, this place is somehow ok. it clean

Terrible customer service. Beware if you're there in the morning. Lots of homeless people sleeping in their cars , wandering around, coming up to your car, and demanding money.
