Starbucks - Seal Beach

I guess I can understand. But, my bakery item was not with my mobile order when I came for pickup. I had to wait in line to tell them something was missing. Maybe they don't put food items out until requested. Still, hot and tasty beverage.

This Starbucks crew had the worst service I have ever experienced. Four young employees in their twenties who acted like customers should feel fortunate that they were even working. There was no greeting, they made snide comments towards customers, and did not say thank you.

I ordered an iced coffee with a splash of half and half, but the drink I received was completely white and filled with heavy cream. When I mentioned the excessive amount of cream to the female worker, she ignored me. I attempted to drink it, but couldn't due to the overwhelming creaminess. Upon returning to request a replacement, I found the girl sitting at a table on her phone. After waiting for 10 minutes, I inquired about when she would be available to assist me. She informed me that she was on a lunch break and wouldn't be able to help for another hour. There was no indication provided to customers regarding her break, causing confusion for those entering and leaving the establishment. Ultimately, I had to discard the drink and find another coffee shop as the service at this Starbucks was severely lacking.

I always need my strong coffee with double shots of espresso. In the past, they would at least offer to make dark roast for me, but now they just say they don't make it after 10. It seems like the staff at most Starbucks locations are new, and as a result, the customer service has declined. It feels like these employees are rushed through training and put into a busy environment without the necessary experience to handle a hectic Saturday in a bustling market. I truly hope that Starbucks gets their act together, starts prioritizing their employees, and gets back on the right track.
