Prasek's Family Smokehouse - Sealy

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The beef and turkey jerky are absolutely fantastic, and they also offer a variety of fresh fish and meat cuts. The bathrooms are super clean and spacious, and the outdoor seating features wonderful rocking chairs and bench swings. There are cozy fire pits as well. In the middle of it all, there's the cutest little boutique, a charming restaurant, and a fascinating fish tank to keep the kids entertained. Skip the crowds at Buc-ee's and make a stop here instead! I can't wait for the upcoming I-10 exit to be open, but it's still worth the detour! Support local businesses and make sure to visit!

The food here is wonderful and excellent! I really enjoyed the taste testing. The restrooms are clean, and the Texas Tea is truly sweet.

WARNING ABOUT CURRENT KITCHEN STAFF!! We always enjoy stopping by Prasek's on our way to and from our deer lease. Recently, we spent $36 on chopped beef to take home for dinner, and we noticed the cook adding something to our container of chopped beef. We later discovered it was pure grease! We're bracing ourselves for stomach aches! I also used to rave about how delicious the burgers are, but on our last visit, the burger was carelessly assembled, with tomatoes that were thicker than the patty itself. We used to love the sliced sausage sandwiches, which were packed with sausage, but the last one we got had only four small pieces, barely covering the bread! Prasek's is a great store and we will continue to visit, but we will be cautious about the kitchen staff!

The bathrooms are spotless and spacious, and the outdoor rockers and bench swings are the best. There are also cozy fire pits, making it a perfect spot to relax. In the middle, you'll find the cutest little boutique, along with its own restaurant and an amazing fish tank that keeps kids entertained. Skip the crowds at Buc-ee's and come here instead! I can't wait for the new exit off I-10 to open, but even with the detour, this place is definitely worth the visit. Make sure to stop here and support local businesses!
