I wish I knew his name, but our bartender (Australian accent) was very friendly and fun. I give this place 4stars for their inability to welcome my disabled friend. I want to be clear that we didn't pay a problem for the watcher pass, but I wish there were other possibilities for people who can't participate in anything. I asked before the input whether there are any options, because my friend is not able to stand along too long so he does not in the position to do something. After we talked to a very young high school student who then had her manager, another high school student came by, we were told the best prize they could give him was the fun. for people with impediment it would be nice to look at recognition and accommodation. I do not expect a free pass, but a discount pass is ideal in the round. it is simply regrettable to pay for something if there is nothing they can participate in. the inability to stand and go is challenging, but with recognition can often be rewarded. please revise my recommendation so that future individual coming in the wheelchair will respect themselves a little more. eating is not so great, but this is not surprising to see that it is a water park. overall great place to take their children and I recommend to them to check out their website for special before arriving.
As a New Jersey native I can't get enough of the Jersey shore but I was worried about coming back after the pandemic, nothing to worry about. The safety protocols in place and your own precautions are all respected and the employees make you feel comfortable enough to enjoy your day. We took a drive to show some out of town friends how much the shore has kept the boardwalk goodies in tact while renovating some local motels/ attractions...... we were blown away by the service in Casino Pier with our bartender Janelle, she truly made our Sunday getaway more memorable. She suggested the best drinks and was so friendly, we felt right at home. Can't think of a better way to spend your Sunday than taking a stroll on the boardwalk, taking in the view of the clean beach, and getting a rum bucket while watching college basketball and playing zombie shooting games.
Love this place! Always come when overcast day with no crowds! Nice the added a bar too! Highly recommend!
Had a great time…great customer service, ride operators were friendly
We went to 5 or 6 arcades on the boardwalk. They all pretty much sucked, but this one was clean, bright and seemed better than the rest. Claw machines were still pretty whack. No one was winning anything. One small win after losing 100+ times. At least here machines are 3 plays for $2. So kudos to them for at least letting kids get more chances even though they probably just reduce the odds of winning. These aren't games of skill. The claw strength is set by the arcade, so it's like gambling and pure luck.
