The Pancake Chef - SeaTac

I have been coming here since I was a little girl. It’s so nice to see some of the same people still there. The food is always wonderful. It’s nice to walk into a place that is just like you remembered it.

This cafe is a real gem. The German pancake was a delightful surprise, and the fresh squeezed orange juice was the perfect pairing. But what truly stood out was the friendly staff who made the meal feel like a visit to a friend's place. Highly recommended for delicious food and fantastic service with a side of nostalgia.

First time visiting Seattle and we decided to try a local business for Breakfast. This place is awesome, nostalgic ambiance, delicious pancakes and waffles and the customer service is outstanding.

I love this place and I love getting breakfast here staff is great so is the food most time over the country fried steak but I have had there omelettes both are great

We were returning from Hawaii and meeting up with family before flying back to Texas. This was the perfect place for our group of 8. Food was excellent, hot and homestyle with lots of hot coffee. Our servers were personable and attentive. The restaurant was comfortable and relaxed, almost like gathering at home. Definitely a little gem!
