Big Gin Distillery - Seattle

I really enjoyed the gin at this restaurant! I typically drink Bombay Sapphire, but over the years I have tried many other gins. I decided to try something different and purchased Big Gin. I found their gin to be very smooth, with a delightful and refined flavor profile. This will not be my last purchase of their delicious gins!

I recently took a private tour with my dad and brother at this restaurant. I highly recommend it. Alex is a skilled artisan of gin spirits. His knowledge and passion for the craft make for a truly unique and enjoyable experience.

Unfortunately, I didn't catch the names of my colleagues today, but I wanted to give them credit. One of them was very knowledgeable about gin and did a great job of making different types of gins available. This shows that they are great at what they do. I came to try the spiced gin and was very impressed. The bourbon and reserve gins were also very interesting and complex. The tasters were a bit pricey, but the quality of the product made it worth it.
