It advertises itself as a Primal Food restaurant and craft cocktail bar (interesting) and sources all its meats from sustainable farms (cool). The theme of the place is like an ultra-modern caveman experience. I had a Sazerac to start which was crafted perfectly (good sign). The staff was very interactive and after talking to the chef I tried the Bison tartare which was amazing. I had the braised short ribs which were done perfectly and the taste of the grass-fed beef was very noticeable and delicious. A good find.
My husband absolutely loved this place! If you're on the keto diet, paleo or just generally trying to eat better but still want to go out, this is an amazing place to go. My husband was recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and it's a struggle when going out to eat to have low carb, low sugar meals. The menu here was perfect for his dietary needs AND it was super tasty! This will likely be our new go-to spot. My only wish is if I could buy their paleo bread to-go.
Possibly. What food was available was good. Half the menu was sold out so there was literally one non fish entree. Service was awful, esp for a 68$ plate.
We heard about this place through a colleague doing paleo keto... so are we so had rush over as we are keto as well. This place is a very welcomed find! We can eat bread here! Meat is ah-mazing, bone broth, and the bison tartar is a wave of complex flavors. Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our experience including the food, the service, and the ambiance.
