I am a huge fan of the iced butterfly latte, which is made with pea flower tea and is said to have many health benefits. This drink is unique and is only available at this boba shop in the Seattle area. I usually order it with 80% sugar as it has a sweet, milky creamy taste resembling a floral version of taro. The shop is not typically crowded, but it closes early at 7pm. The lounge area seems to be open, but the bathroom is closed off for unknown reasons. The quality of the drinks can vary, but when it's good, it is flavorful and the tapioca has the perfect chewy texture. In my opinion, this is the best bubble tea spot in the Columbia City/MLK area.
There are always only two people working whenever I visit this place. They sometimes don't have all the ingredients you want in your bubble tea. However, it's a good option if you're in the area looking for some boba tea.
Charged 25 cents for a cup of water, 50 cents for card fees. Asked for no ice for a cold drink, didn't even use a shaker to cool down the drink before serving
This place is located in a strip mall on MLK. We came for shaved ice but it was not available. A few tables and couch are available for seating inside the store. We came for shaved ice but it was not available. So we ended up getting drinks and they were horrible. All the flavors are made of syrup or powder, so the drinks are excessively sweet.
Selling drinks but not allowing customers to use the restroom automatically earns this restaurant a 1-star rating. The overall experience is average at best.
