This Chick-fil-A is a frequent stop for me! The drive-thru line is typically long, but the customer service is friendly and efficient. However, I was disappointed to find out that the new Spicy Pimento Cheese Sandwich, which is gaining popularity on social media, was not available at this location. When I inquired about it, the employee simply said they don't offer it here. Confused and frustrated, I ended up driving 10 miles to another Chick-fil-A that actually had the sandwich that has been promoted by the franchise for the past month.
Food good, staff great, but anything on hwy 99 can't possibly ever get a 5 star atmosphere.
Waited an hour to get my breakfast to go. Then when I get home, I find my kids food is not there and 1 of my sandwich was not made the way I asked. An hour wait for them to mess the order up is highly unacceptable.
Tell the kid at the drive through he doesn't get paid to be making narrow minded comments about my tattoos while I am attempting to get my food. I don't go there for opinions, I am there for a spicy chicken sandwich but unfortunately even after the meal I left with a bad taste in my mouth. A tattooed person should be able to get his food in peace without stupid, naive and/or disrespectful comments.
